3. Use of Services

• Solmate integrates with music streaming services to match users based on music preferences.
• If matched, users can connect with each other through Instagram in the initial phase.
• In-app messaging will be provided in a future update.

4. User Accounts & Authentication

• By connecting your music streaming accounts, you grant Solmate permission to access limited data necessary for matching.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

• We collect and use personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Your music streaming data is used strictly for generating matches and is not shared with third parties.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use Solmate for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise Solmate's security.
• Scrape or collect information from other users without consent.

7. Third-Party Services

• Solmate relies on music streaming services' APIs. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability or functionality.
• If your streaming service restricts access, some or all features of Solmate may be affected.

8. Intellectual Property

• All rights, trademarks, and content within Solmate belong to Solmate LLC.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of Solmate without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to Solmate if:

• You violate these Terms.
• Your music streaming service restricts your account.
• We discontinue the service.

10. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

• Solmate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solmate LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Solmate after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
